We begin with a 90-minute deep dive into how your life actually runs.

We look at the full picture.
Sleep, stress, workload, habits, food, training, thinking patterns, and where things are starting to fray.
No fluff. Just clarity.
From there, we decide what actually requires attention first.
2. Weekly Structure & Accountability
Each week we meet privately for up to an hour.
We review what’s working, what isn’t, and where pressure is building.
We tighten routines.
We adjust habits.
We call out blind spots.
Between sessions, you’re not left alone.
There’s accountability and check-ins so changes are implemented, not just talked about.
3. Rebuilding Your Day-to-Day
Most of the work happens in the ordinary parts of the day.

We build structure around:

- How you wind down
- Sleep and recovery
- Food and hydration
- Managing stress properly
- Clearer thinking under load

4. Monthly Reset
Every month we step back and review progress properly.

Then we reset direction and keep moving.

We work together for four months.
