What is Positive Life Habits you say? Well, it's something we should all have!

Positive habits are the foundation for a happy, successful and fulfilling life.

A habit is a solution to a reoccurring problem.

A positive life habit is a wonderful solution that grows us as humans and makes us better.

The habits that set the foundation for my program are the following:

1) Breathing

2) Learning

3) Gratitude

4) Nutrition

5) Sleep

6) Giving

7) Movement

8) Writing

9) Connecting

10) Adventure

11) Reaching out

12) Forgiveness

13) Presence

14) Abstaining

I believe that if we all have these habits as a foundation in life, we are able to live a rich and fulfilling existence.

My programs are setup to introduce or reiterate these habits to my clients and guide them on the best ways to implement them into their lives, whilst keeping them accountable.
