Today, I listened to an incredible podcast by the amazing Tony Robbins. This podcast struck a chord with me so strongly that I wanted to share what I learnt immediately.


Yes, you read the title correctly, these are 3 decisions that control out entire life.


These 3 decisions influence how you feel, what you do or do not do and the results you achieve in life. Here they are:


Number 1: Am I focusing on what I have or what i have not?

  • Are you constantly thinking about what you don't have?

  • Are you more obsessed with where you want to be rather than focusing on what you have right now?

  • If we are consistently focusing on what's missing, how are we going to enjoy our lives?

  • We get what we focus on and if we consistently focus on what don't have, we will never feel whole in our life, we will never feel happy.

  • Learn to focus on what you have!

Number 2: Am I focusing on what I can control or what I can't control?

  • If we focus on what we don't have and what we can't control, we are going to feel overwhelmed, worried, pissed off, threatened, stressed or all of the above.

  • When we stand back and look at this it makes sense, if we can't control it, why focus on it?

  • Why not channel our energy towards the things we have the power to control.

Number 3: Am I focusing on the past, present or future?

  • Where do you spend most of your time in these areas?

  • We all have to learn to enjoy the present to truly enjoy our lives and look forward to an amazing future.

  • The past is the past for a reason.

  • The future is exciting, but it isn't here yet.

  • Focus on this moment right now (5, 4, 3, 2 and 1, this breathe you are taking is this moment)

How do we control these decisions?


Our own thinking and decision making is shaped by our unconscious mind and the environment were are in.


We can change our unconscious pattern! How you say?


Do something everyday that puts you in a strong position.


Train yourself to focus on what matters most to you and take action each day.


Develop the discipline to do what you know you should do whether you feel like it or not.


My challenge to you...


Every morning for the next 30 days I challenge you to take a FREEZING COLD SHOWER!


This will challenge you physically and mentally first thing in the morning, and set yourself up to a new pattern to begin your day and make the right decisions to take massive action in your life.


Feel the cold, embrace the cold, don't be scared. Just rip the cold handle full power and enjoy that feeling of successfully creating amazing change!
