Welcome to The Life Hike, a Positive Life Habits program by James Carson.
This program is the introductory level of the of the 14 Positive Life Habits.
The foundation of this program is a beautiful rainforest hike and waterfall swim within Springbrook National Park, during this hike we work through and discuss each of the 14 Positive Life Habits and plans on adopting them moving forward.
Day 1 is the Gold Coast Hinterland hike and Positive Life Habits workshop.
Day 2 to 14 is your commitment to yourself to adopt these habits whilst I guide and support you along the way.
This program includes:
- A half-day breathtaking rainforest hike with transfers and brunch included
- A custom Positive Life Habits day routine to suit your schedule
- 4 check-ins over the 14 days
- At-home weekly activities
